Tell the time with is-seeʿa
Say is-seeʿa before the clock number. Add w noṣṣ after the number for half past.

W noṣṣ goes after the hour number.
Build the tens from twenty to one hundred
The useful tens are ʿishriin, tleteen, ʾarbaʿiin, khamsiin, sittiin, sabʿiin, tmeeniin, and tisʿiin. One hundred is miyye. Put the number before a duration or amount.
